- Method to make rava dough- Boil 1.5 cup water in a kadahi, add rava in kadahi, keep stiring on low flame for 2-3 minutes, add salt, ajwain and mangraila on top and let it cool. - Knead it well adding warm water gradually to make a soft dough. - Divide it into 10 equal round shape balls
- To make fillings: heat oil in a kadahi, add cumin seeds and let it crackle.Add chopped potatoes, cauliflower, carrtot, and beans. Mix well and cook covered for 4-5 minutes on low flame stirring in between. Remove the lid, add peas, ginger, turmeric powder and salt. Mix well. Cook covered for 3 minutes on medium flame. Remove the lid and stir fry for 2 minutes. Mash a little with the help of spoon and add all dry spices. Mix well adding chopped coriander leaves and chopped chillies.
- Method to make steam balls- Fill the mix veg prepared into rava dough one by one by making the dough and pack it tightly making in ball shape. Boil water in a kadahi and add the stuffed balls into it.
