- Take to taste Salt

- Take a wok heat oil add cauliflower and saute for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Add roasted gram flour, salt, red chilli powder.
- Add asafoetida, dry mango powder, fengureek leaves mix well and keep aside
- Take a bowl put whole wheat flour, salt, oil and water make a dough
- Now take a ball of dough fill the cauliflower mix in the center and cover the ball
- Roll paratha with rolling pin
- Shallow fry on sausage griddle / tava with oil
- Both sides are well cooked then serve sausage with kadhi
