  7. Get 1 tbsp Dry fenugreek leaves

Steps to make Gobhi paratha:

  1. Take a wok heat oil add cauliflower and saute for 3 to 4 minutes.
  2. Add roasted gram flour, salt, red chilli powder.
  3. Add asafoetida, dry mango powder, fengureek leaves mix well and keep aside
  4. Take a bowl put whole wheat flour, salt, oil and water make a dough
  5. Now take a ball of dough fill the cauliflower mix in the center and cover the ball
  6. Roll paratha with rolling pin
  7. Shallow fry on sausage griddle / tava with oil
  8. Both sides are well cooked then serve sausage with kadhi
