- Pour half cup of oil in pan Sauté gobhi and aalu in oil separately by adding little salt for 2-3 minutes.
- Now take out gobhi and aalu and add raai daana, kalonji and zeera and fry them for 1 minute now add onion and saute them till the colour change, donot fry it till dark brown colour.
- Add ginger garlic paste then tomatoes and all that masala written above.
- Now add your fried gobhi aalu in prepared masala and cook on low flame for 6-7 minutes.
- Gobhi aalu is ready.
