- Get 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds
- Get As needed Coriander leaves
- Take 1 Medium Tomato

- Make ready As needed Water to (Cook Rice)

- Make ready 1 Potato
- Get 1 Capsicum
- Make ready 1/2 cup Green Peas
- Make ready 1 Carrot
- Prepare Few Cauliflower florets
- Prepare 100 grams Paneer
Steps to make Veg Fried Rice:
- Heat as needed of water in a wide pan, when it starts to get boiling; Put rice in a wide bowl and rinse them 2- 3 times with water then add in boiling water. Add as needed Salt mix it well in medium-high flame. To check for doneness - Take out a grain of rice on your finger and try to mash it. If it is soft immediately switch off the flame. Once the rice is cooked strain it in a colander and let the water drain out.
- First Chopped all the Vegetables & Cheese. Heat Oil (for fry) in a Kadhai. Add step by step fry all above the Vegetables (Potato, Capsicum, Carrot, Cauliflower & Paneer) in medium flame. After fry transfer to another plate. Now just some few oil roast the Green Peas a few minutes.
- Next take a kadhai on gas again, poured oil then add jeera seeds, Next poured the chopped Onion and roast it until brown colour, when it comes in brown colour then add chopped Tomato & Chilis, then again roast until 5 mins in low flame. Now add all above the fry Vegetables & Cheese. Mix it well for 5-10 mins in low flame. Then add cooked Rice and mix gently again and again in low flame, add chopped Coriander leave & mix it. Now switch off the flame and serve it on a Plate.
