  2. In a kadhai take oil add mustard,cumin hing, turmeric curry leaves
  3. Add Gobhi-Aloo and saute. Add red chilli powder, salt, coriander powder, garam masala and coriander leaves. Cover lid and cook for 5-10 mins
  4. Once it is almost cooked add peanut powder and mix well.. cook for 3-5 mins and turn off flame.
  5. Serve with sausage roti.
