- Add Gobhi-Aloo and saute. Add red chilli powder, salt, coriander powder, garam masala and coriander leaves. Cover lid and cook for 5-10 mins
- Once it is almost cooked add peanut powder and mix well.. cook for 3-5 mins and turn off flame.
