- Heat a pan add 2 tbl spoon oil and shallow fry the cauliflower florets.
- Add 2 tbsp oil and add whole garam masala. After 30 sec add onion paste and ginger garlic paste cook for 2 mins.
- Add the smooth paste of yogart,tomato,melon seeds, almond and chilli cook for 5 mins.
- Now add all masala powder and saute. After 2 mins add cauliflower and green peas mix well.
- After another 2 mins add 2 cups of water. Mix well and cover.
