  2. Ab pani boil karein ja pani ublne lage tab goliyan pani me dal kar 4- 5 mins ubal kar taiyar kar le ubalne ke baad ye pani gravy me use karein
  3. Ab kadhai garam karein usme haldi roast karein
  4. Ab onion,red chilli,dhaniya powder,jeera powder, meat masala,thoda sa pani dal kar mixie me grind kar le
  5. Ab kadhai me onion ka paste or roasted jeera dale or low flame me 5-6 mints dal kar pakaye beech beech me chalati rahe jisse kadhai me chapke nahi ab usme tomato sauce dal kar 3-4 mint pakaye
  6. Ab usme ubala hua pani dale or 5 mint pakaye ab goliya dale or 3-4 mint pakaye
