- line a choke sheet with aluminum foil for easy clean up and toss your cauliflower on it.
- drizzle with your olive or veggie oil, mix with minced garlic, sprinkle with paprika, and salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper to taste.
- roast for 25-45 min, but keep an eye on it. it will brown off, but if it isn’t fork tender, it ain’t done. enjoy.
