- Firstly,take a kadai heat desi ghee add jeera,tej pata saute it,add onion and ginger garlic paste.
- After few min add tomato puree and capsicum cubes. It release oil,add salt,chilli powder, coriander powder, crushed black pepper and all masala.
- Saute it in the low flame add curd and malai.Combined it well.
- Do not add water.
- Boil it 5 min in the low flame also add paneer,cover it with lid.
- Paneer absorb all spices flavors. Add garam masala,kasuri methi and coriander leaves.
