  1. Take a pan and add 1 litre water in it. Add tea leaves, cardamon and cinnamon and dates.
  2. Leave the pan overnight. Now add salt and baking soda.
  3. Boil it for half hour. The colour changes into pink. After half an hour add water in it and again boil for 15 minutes on medium flame.
  4. Now kawa for tea is ready. Now take a big vessel and add kawa (tea water) and milk.
  5. Now add ginger and sugar in it. Boil it.
  6. Kashmiri Tea is ready. (We can use this kawa later on for 2 days, it doesn’t spoiled and make the tea in parts also)
