  10. Take one piece of fish from wash at a time and dredge in flour mixture.
  11. Put coated pieces of fish in oil and fry 3to5 minutes per side (depending on how thick your filets are)
  12. Put cooked pieces on a pan or plate covered with paper towels to soak up excess oil
  13. Drizzle with lemon juice before serving if desired.
