- Preheat oven at 180°c
- Grind the residue with the liquid (milk or water)
- Add jaggery and grind again.
- Remove in a mixing bowl. Add flour and mix into a dough. If the mixture is dry wet hands with milk or water to bring it together.
- Make 3 portions of the dough. Roll it over a floured surface, to around 1/2 inch thickness, then sprinkle flax seeds all over and roll again to 1/4 inch thickness. Cut shapes using cutter.
- Arrange them on a lightly greased baking tray. Bake for 20 minutes. I made some plain without seeds topping.
