  2. Heat 2 tbsp of ghee, once melted add cinnamon, cardamom, bay leaf, star anise and cumin seeds. - - Once cumin seeds done add cashews. once cashews turns golden add bit salt, and cooked rice. Saute for 30 sec and close with lid, let it be for 1 minute in low flame.
  3. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve sausage with any gravy..
