- Take 1 cup basmati rice soak in water for 1/2 hour
- Take 10 fried cashews
- Prepare 1 onion chopped into slices
- Take 1/2 inch ginger finely chopped

- Get 2 strings Curry leaves
- Get 2 inch cinnamon
- Get 2 cloves

- Grate white part of the coconut and grind it with ginger in a mixer jar finely without adding water and keep aside
- Take a pressure pan add ghee to it once get heat seasoning it with cinnamon,cloves,cardamom then add onion,curry leaves fry for few minutes (don’t burn it must be in white colour)
- Then add grind mixture to it and fry again and then add one and half cup water with required salt and allow to boil
- Once water starts boil add soaked rice (drain water),again it starts to boil thenkeep the flame to sim and close the lid put whistle
- Allow it in a sim manner for 10 minutes and switch off the stove (no need to wait for whistle because we put whistle to keep the pressure inside)
- Once the pressure released garnish it with cashews and serve
