  1. Take a pan and turn on gas on medium flame. Add Oil and heat it. And Fry Cashew and Groundnut and keep aside.
  2. Now add Mustard seeds and Urad Dal to oil. When it starts splutter, add Curry leaves, Chilli and Onions.
  3. Saute a little.
  4. When Onion becomes transperant add Rava. And roast it till it becomes pinkish brown.
  5. Now add Water and stir continuously on medium flame, till Rava absorbs water.
  6. Add salt, Lemon juice and Coriander leaves and fried cashew and Groundnut and mix well. Turn off flame. Upma is ready.
  7. Serve this sausage and healthy Upma with tea or coffee.
