  2. Take 2-3 tbs Dahi (yogurt)

  1. Doodh ki malai ko ek box mein save krty jayen..(freezer mein box rakhy ta ke malai ka taste kharab na ho) jub ek achi quantity mein jama hojaye tu usy over night freezer sy nikal ke rakh daen ta ke WO melt hojaye.
  2. Ab is malai mein dahi add kar ke 2 hrs ke liye cover kar ke rakh daen…
  3. Ab juicier mein thori malai or thanda pani dal ke achy sy beat kar lein..musalal beat krny ke baad cream or whey alag hojayen gae
  4. Ab is ka makhan ready kary.. Achy sy thandae pani sy 3 dafa dhoyen (ta ke karwa pan nikal jaye) or achy sy squeeze kar lein moisture nikal lein or bowl mein rakh lein mazaye dar makhan tayar (garama garam roti py laga ke khaye bhut maza ata hy)
  5. Ghee banany ke liye pot mein tayar makhan dal dae or slow flame py transparent hony tak pakaen or beech beech mein chamcha chalati rahy…
  6. Transparent hony ke baad chulha band kar daen or thandha hony tak chor daen. thanhda hony ke baad strainer ki madad sy chan lein or airtight jar mein save kar lein (approx ½ kg ban jaye ga)
