  2. Prepare 1 kg desi ghee
  3. Prepare 220 grms almonds
  4. Prepare 100 garam from cashew
  5. Prepare 50 garam makhana

  7. Make ready 50 grms poppy seeds
  8. Prepare 400 garam sugar powder

Steps to make Desi Ghee Pinni:

  1. Heat 2 spoon desi ghee and roast dry fruits
  2. Let dry fruits Cool.down then grin them coarsely.
  3. Take another Kasai heat 1/2 kg desi ghee and add 1/2kg flour.
  4. Roast flour till it turns brown and sweet aroma start comming.as shown in picture
  5. Now add another 1/2 kg ghee and add another 1/2 kg flour. And roast them as above
  6. Let them cool down little not completely.
  7. Now dry fruits powder which we make above in this mixture
  8. Finally start making laddoo
  9. Note:- Make sure not to cool done flour completely so that you able to make laddo.
  10. Note:- you can store it for 2-3 mnths. In room temperature as well as in fridge.
  11. Healthy n tasty for babies ladies old and gents.. complete meal.take this with sausage milk in morning ❤️
