- Once, its rise and triple in size apply some oil on hands and knead it again for 10 to 15 minutes. 1. 300 grm dough for simple bread and 400 grm for round sandwich bread.
- For simple bread roll the dough with rolling pin than fold it, shown as in video. Then leave it for 2nd rise. This time it will take 30 minutes. Once rise, apply egg wash and bake for 35 minutes or until golden brown. (190c temperature) 1. Once done, spray water and cover with cling film and leave it for 2to 3 hours. 1. Then cut. 1. Enjoy πππ
