Steps to make Rigatoni and Sauce:

  1. Dice the chicken thigh. I removed the skin and bones. Dice the celery. Add the celery and chicken to a pot.
  2. Add the carne picada
  3. Dice the jalapeño peppers after removing the seeds and ribbing.
  4. Add the peppers to the meat.
