- Prepare 5-6 roties/chapati
- Get 1/2 cup boiled Sweet Corn and seeds peeled out

- Prepare 1/4 tsp Garam Masala
- Take 2 tsp raw Wheat flour for binding

Steps to make Corn samosa:
- Take a Pan and add 2-3 tablespoon oil.
- Once the oil heats up add Cumin seeds and let it change it’s color to brown.
- Add onion to the oil and Saute it to turn light pink.
- Now add corn to it and continue to Saute on high flame.
- Once the water evaporates and it gets saute well add Cumin seeds powder, Fennel seeds powder (saunf), red chilli powder, hing, garam masala and salt.
- Mix it well and mix until all spices get mixed and get absorbed in corn. - Finally turn off the flame and let it cool down
- Preparing Samosa
- Mix 2-3 spoon water to raw wheat flour and make it a paste which will be used to stick samosa
- Cut the roti in two pcs and remove the side round curve to get exact shape of Samosa Patti.
- Fill 1 spoon of stuffing and fold the patti to get triangle shape of Samosa.
- Now keep a Pan add 2 big spoon of oil and Shallow fry the samosa both the side on high flame. Serve it sausage with green chili.
