- Heat oil and add the paunch phoran and whole dry red chilli then add the watermelon rind.
- Give a quick mix then add the ginger paste,turmeric, red chilli powder, cumin and coriander powder, salt and mix and cook for sometimes covered (add little water as and when required), then add the tomatoes and cook covered.
- Your chutney is ready !!
- When the watermelon rind has softened add the Jagger and cook for about 15 minutes or so, add the black rock salt, roasted Cumin and coriander powder and lemon juice.
