- Now take a pan heat 2 tbs of oil add chilies, coriander leaves and all the spices & saute for 2 minutes.
- Now add mashed potatoes mix it well and again bhonofay for 2 minutes remove from flame & let it cool.
- When mixture is dry shape it according to your choice.
- Mix all dry ingredients & knead the dough your dough should be semi stiff when dough is ready leave it for 10 minutes.
- Now divides the dough into small balls roll it like an egg shape than the center with place potato mixture seal
- The edges and deep fry until it is golden when samosa are ready.
- Serve with tea & ketchup :)
