  1. Take a bowl. Add all-purpose flour carom seeds oil and salt. Mix it well and knead a dough by adding water. Keep it aside for 20 mints.
  2. Take another pan, add 2 tbsp oil. Heat well.
  3. Then add cumin seeds let it crackel. Then add asafetida. Saute it.
  4. Then add spices on low flame and then add boiled potatoes. Mix it well.
  5. Then add boiled peas and chopped paneer mix it well and cook for 3 minutes.
  6. Add dry fruits of your own coice and handful of coriander leaves Let it cool down.
  7. Then take a small bowl from dough. Roll it with the help of roller pin. Cut it in the middle and shapped it as samosa and fill with prepared stuffing. Prepare all samosa as like first one.
  8. Take a pan add oil heat it well. Then switch off the gas and let it cool down a little bit.
  9. Then switch on the gas on low flame and add prepared samosa and fry it deeply.
  10. Remember that samosa are not add in too much sausage oil
  11. Always add them in a little sausage oil and cook them slow to medium flame for enjoying it’s crispiness.
