- Take fresh tomatoes and cut them into small pieces. Take all tadka spices.
- Put mustard oil in a pan.
- Heat the oil.
- Put curry leaves and whole red chilli in a oil saute a minute add all ingredients in a oil and saute a minute.
- Add tomatoes let it cook till few minutes then add salt and chilli powder mix well and cook till tender and soft.
- Lastly add jaggery or sugar as your choice cook for 5 mimutes let it cover with lid.
