  2. Prepare Minced meat
  3. Take Pinch salt

Instructions to make Samosa:

  1. Add little vegetable oil in a sauce pan and set on low heat,add in the minced meat and stir fry gently, add in your grinded scotch bonnet and onions,add in your spices and seasoning continue string for about 3-5 minutes remove on fire and set aside.
  2. In a bowl,add the quantity of flour you want,add in water to make a batter,the batter should not be very sticky and also not watering it should be more of wainar flour, and a pinch of salt and set aside.
  3. Set your frying pan on a very low heat,sprinkle little or no vegetable oil you can use painting brush in doing that,using the same brush rub the batter on the frying pan and make the samosa wrap,you can make as many as possible and the wrap will not stick to the frying pan if it is non stick. after the wrap, cut each wrap into two,put a spoon of your filling on the wrap and fold it to triangular shape and deep fry till its golden brown.   4. Note - if you cut your samosa wrap into 2 its easier for you to make it triangular.
