- Take 500 g minced beef
- Take 2 red onions
- Get 2 white onions
- Make ready 3 spring onions
- Take Cooking oil

- Prepare Chillies (to taste)

- Prepare 2 cups flour

Instructions to make Samosa:
- Make the samosa filling to your liking. Make sure that the end product is dry so that it doesn’t soak up the pockets.
- Mix the flour with warm water to make a dough. Knead till dough is soft and pliable. Cover and rest for 10 minutes.
- Divide the dough into small balls. Then roll them out into small circles applying oil then sprinkling flour in between the circles.
- Roll out into one big circle that can fit your pan. Cook one side, them flip and peel the top side, let the bottom side cook, flip and peel again. Repeat. Cover the mandas with a cloth.
- Cut the manda into half. Trim fatty edges. Fold, seal with a paste of flour and water. Fill in the Mince meat but leave enough room to seal it.
- Seal all pockets nicely so that they don’t leak into the oil. Heat oil and fry both sides until golden brown. Drain in paper towel, serve.
