  4. On the rolled dough spread a little bit of oil and sprinkle a teaspoon of flour on top and then place another rolled out dough on top,roll ot another one to make it three
  5. Then using a rolling pin carefully roll out the stack of the rolled out dough (careful not to apply a lot of pressure)
  6. Place the dough in a medium heated pan for some seconds(maybe 20),both sides
  7. Remove the dough and peel out the layers carefully
  8. Set aside and make the fillings;in a pan add oil,diced onions and carrots with the minced meat,stir fry untill brown
  9. Add the rest of the chopped veggies and seasonings
  10. Now using a knife divide the samosa sheets in half
  11. Fold half it to form a cone(use a mixture of water and flour to form q paste and use it as glue)
  12. Use a tablespoon to fill the cones and seal them with the glue(the flour nd water mixture)
  13. Repeat steps until done and they are ready to fry
  14. Deep fry until golden brown!!!!enjoy
