  1. Heat oil in a pan, add slices onions saute for a minute in low flame, add tomatoes, ginger, garlic minced,chopped green chilli and salt, fry them the tomatoes become soft, now chill the mixture and after chilled paste the mixture.
  2. Heat oil and butter add chicken pieces fry them in a low flame for 2 to 3 minutes, add tomato paste and spices, kasoori methi and salt cook for 2 minutes, add yogurt, cashew paste, fresh cream, garam masala powder stir well cook for 2 minute, add water and cover the pan cook for 10 minutes, now Butter chicken is ready.
