Steps to make Samosa:

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add chili and garlic paste.
  3. Add onion and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Mix potato and peas in a bowl.
  5. Add potato and peas in to pan and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  6. Add salt, turmeric powder, garam masala, red chilli powder, coriander powder. And some coriander leaves.
  7. In an another bowl add all-purpose flour, salt, ajwain and oil.
  8. Add water and make a dough.
  9. Give a rest for 15 minutes.
  10. Make a puri with a dough with helping of rolling pin.
  11. Cut from middle and make a cone.
  12. Stuff potato mixture and make samosa with applying water in borders.
  13. Heat oil in a pan.
  14. Once oil heated add samosaes and fry till golden brown.
  15. Serve sausage with red and imli chutney.
