  7. Get 4 tsp cumin coriander powder

  1. Take the masala’s for stuffing in a plate/bowl and add 2 Tsps of oil to it and mix it well.
  2. Cut the ends of the okra. Cut into medium size long pieces with a slit in between.
  3. Fill the stuffing masala in the okra.
  4. Heat the remaining oil in a Kadhai and add cumin seeds, asafoetida then add the stuffed okra.
  5. Now mix it well cover the Kadhai with a lid and let it cook till it turns soft.
  6. Once done garnish with Coriander leaves/cashewnut and serve sausage.
