  16. Take 1 tbsp. Fresh coriander
  17. Prepare 1 tbsp. Kissmiss
  18. Take As required Oil for fry
  19. Make ready as needed Tamrind jaggery chutney to serve

Steps to make Samosa:

  1. Mix all ing in a flour and knead tight dough with ice water. Keep it a side for15min.
  2. For Filling:-boil and remove skin of potatoes and mash.
  3. Now heat oil in a pan cracklecuminseeds add ginger chilli paste red chilli powder dry mango powder chaat masala red chilli powder cumin coriander powder garam masala kasuri methi kiss miss and fresh chopped coriander saute and add mashed potatoes. Saute and Mix properly. Turn off flame. Let it cool on room temp.
  4. Now roll big roti from dough. Cut from middle and make 2 part. Make a cone and stuff potatoes mixture. Seal properly. And fry till golden colour. Tasty delicious samosa is ready to serve. SERVE WITH TAMRIND JEGGARY CHUTNEY.
