- In a cooker add 2 tbsp of ghee heat it and to it add the dry fruits and mix well till the kishmish starts swelling. Now add saunf and green cardamom and mix well.Now add the gur /jaggery and now add the remaining 2 cups water to it and bring to boil. Ensure that the gur has melted and now add the soaked rice to it and again bring to boil.
