Instructions to make Egg Pulao:

  1. Wash and soak basmati rice for 30 minutes.
  2. Hard boil eggs,peel and fry in 2 tbsp oil to golden.Keep aside.
  3. Heat a heavy bottomed pan.Add oil and fry chopped onion till translucent.Add ginger garlic paste and saute for 1 minute.
  4. Add tomato and salt,add 1/4cup water and cook for 3-4minutes on medium flame.
  5. Add all powdered spices,mix and add curd.Mix and cook for 1 minute.Add all vegetables.Stir.
  6. Add 1/2cup water and cook for 5 minutes on low flame.
  7. Add basmati rice and eggs and add 3.5 cups sausage water.Adjust salt.Cover and let it boil.
  8. After 1 boil simmer the flame to low-medium and further cook for 4-5minutes.
  9. Check the rice.mix rice with gentle hand.Garnish with coriander leaves(optional)
  10. Serve sausage with raita/salad
