- Prepare 1 Cup Semolina / Sooji
- Take 1/2 Cup Sugar

- Get 1 Packet (70gm ) Maggi Noodle
- Prepare 2 tsp Flour / Maida

- Take a Pan, add 1 1/2 cup water in it, let it boil then add fennel, salt and sugar. Mix it for 1/2-1 min till sugar melts down. Now turn the gas to low flame and add the semolina and maida. Mix it well so no lumps will be there and cover it till for 1-2 minute, make sure the mixture is not sticking in the pan. Turn off the gas and let it cooldown.
- Take another pan, prepare 2 min maggi with water and maggi masala, make it dry. let it cool down
- After the semolina mixture cools down, apply oil to your hand and to a plate then start kneading the mixture, and make it soft. Do this for 2-3 minutes and make the balls with the mixture.
- Now stuff 1tsp maggi inside a semolina ball, don’t over fill it, make sure no cracks will be there, and follow the process for all the balls.
- Now take a Kadai and and add Oil for fry, heat it, but don’t heat it over, now carefully put the stuffed balls in oil, fry in low frame, don’t flip immediately, let it be light brown then flip it to other side, make sure all the sides are light brown colour, now take them out, and your Maggi Kakara is ready to be served.
