  2. Heat pure ghee in a karahi & add bay leaf with tomato paste. Add all the ingredients & cook on low flame till oil spreads from corners. Add cream & cook for few minutes.
  3. Now add washed raw chicken.no need to add water. Cook on low flame till they little soft.
  4. Rinse water from the rice & add to the chicken with 4 cups of water. Cover with lid & cook on low flame for 20 minutes. Serve sausage with Curd.
