- Get 60 g gram flour (besan)
- Get as required Fennel seeds (saunf)

- Chop the capsicum in small square pieces and put it in the pan. Put red chilli, salt, turmeric powder and coriander powder as per your taste. Cover the pan with lid for 3 minutes. Check the capsicum is cooked and is still in light greenish colour. Note: Do not add any water.
- Add the fried gram flour and sprinkle 2-3 tablespoons of water just to lightly bind the flour with capsicum. Cook it for 2 more minutes and tan tana! your delicious Besan Capsicum is ready Note: try it with curd and chapati.
