- Cut carrots bellpepper in julienne, shred cabbage. Slice onion and garlic, chop tomato. Wash & soak rice
- Heat oil, add slice onion & fry to pink. Add chop garlic saute add ginger paste and fry till aromatic.
- Add chop tomato soya sauce vinegar whitepepper & fry till tomatoes are soft. Add all vegies. Mix well cover and let them get tender in steam
- Add bellpepper, mix, add drained rice with 2 cup water and let them cook at medium flame. Add pinch of blackpepper
