The ingredients needed to make Pulao:
- Get 1 Cup Rice
- Prepare as required Vegetables
- Prepare 1 Onion
- Prepare 2 Green chilli
- Get 1 cup Kidney beans
- Get 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
Instructions to make Pulao:
- Boil the red kidney beans and rice and let them cool
- In a pan put desi ghee, cumin seeds, vegies (your choice) cook 2 mins
- Add red kidney beans, rajma masala, salt, paper, turmeric mix and cook for 2 min again add little water if you need
- Add boiled rice and mix well add little water cook for 2-3 mins serve and garnish with onion and red chilli.
- I serve it with small puri (optional)
