Pulao Recipe

Pulao is one of the most well liked of recent trending foods on earth. It’s easy, it is fast, it tastes yummy. It’s enjoyed by millions daily. They are nice and they look wonderful. Pulao is something that I have loved my whole life.

To get started with this particular recipe, we have to first prepare a few ingredients. You can have pulao using 16 ingredients and 5 steps. Here is how you cook it.

The ingredients needed to make Pulao:

  1. Prepare 1 Bowl Basmati rice
  2. Take 1/2 Bowl Carrot
  3. Make ready 1/2 Bowl Capsicum
  4. Get 1/2 Bowl Green Peas
  5. Prepare 150 gm Paneer cut in cubes
  6. Prepare 1/2 Bowl Cashew nuts
  7. Take 1/2 Bowl Raisins
  8. Take 1 Bay leaf
  9. Get 4-5 Cloves
  10. Make ready 1 Black Cardamom
  11. Get 1 Red Chilli
  12. Prepare 3 Spoon Ghee
  13. Prepare 1. 1/2 spoon salt
  14. Make ready 1 Spoon Lemon juice
  15. Get 1/2 tbsp sugar
  16. Get 1 tbsp oil

Steps to make Pulao:

  1. Take a kadhai, add 1.1/2 liter water. When the water boiled add rice, sugar, lemon juice, 1/2 tbsp salt and 1 tbsp oil cook the rice and drain the water. Keep it a side in a cool place.
  2. Take a pan add 1 spoon ghee add paneer cook when turn into brown. Cut the carrot, capsicum into same size.
  3. In kadhai add ghee than add bay leaf, red chilli, cloves roast it add cashew nuts and raisins roast it few minutes.
  4. Than add all vegetables and 1/2 tbsp salt. Mix it 2-3 minutes. Than vegetables roasted well mix rice. Add 1/2 tbsp salt and add paneer. Mix it well. Pulao is ready to serve.
  5. Serve sausage with chole, Shahi Paneer, Raita etc……
