The ingredients needed to make Broccoli Paratha:

  1. Get For Dough-
  2. Prepare 1 1/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour / Atta
  3. Take 1/2 tsp Salt
  4. Prepare 1 tsp Oil
  5. Make ready 1 1/2 tsp Yogurt / Curd / Dahi
  6. Get as required Water for Kneading
  7. Take as required Oil for Roasting

  9. Make ready 2 cups Broccoli Florets
  10. Take 1/4 cup Chopped Onion
  11. Make ready 1/2 cup Grated Cheese
  12. Prepare 1/4 cup Coriander Leaves
  13. Get 5-6 Green Chillies
  14. Take 1 tsp Chopped Garlic
  15. Prepare 1 tablespoon Oil
  16. Get 1/2 tsp Salt

Instructions to make Broccoli Paratha:

  1. In mixing bowl, add 1 ¼ cup of Whole Wheat flour (Atta), ½ tsp of Salt, 1 tsp of Oil and 1 ½ tsp of Yogurt (Dahi).
  2. Mix it well and add Water as required to knead the soft dough.
  3. Cover the dough and allow it to rest for 20 min.
  4. In a mixer grinder, take 2 cups of washed Broccoli Florets, 5 to 6 small Green Chillies, 1 tsp of chopped Garlic and ¼ cup of fresh Coriander leaves and grind all together.
  5. In a heating pan, take 1 tablespoon of Oil to that add ¼ cup of chopped Onions and sauté for 2 mins.
  6. Then add grinded Broccoli mixture, ½ tsp of Salt and mix well.
  7. Lastly add ¼ cup of grated Cheese (as per your choice) and mix well for 1 min only.
  8. Now the stuffing is ready.
  9. After 20 Mins, knead the dough again for more 2 Min by dusting dry flour over it, take one small portion of the dough and start to roll 4 inch round Puri.
  10. Then add 1 tsp of stuffing, make the potli shape (as shown in video) and seal the dough.
  11. Now with the help of dry flour start rolling into round 5 inch Paratha.
  12. Put Paratha on preheated tawa and roast it with 2 tsp of Oil from both the sides on medium flame.
  13. If required with the help of masher slightly press the Paratha and roast from both the sides.
  14. In a similar way, make all the Broccoli Parathas and serve sausage with Dahi (Curd).
