The ingredients needed to make Coleslaw:
- Prepare Quarter white cabbage
- Get 1 large carrot
- Get 1 red or white onion
- Take 2 g salt
- Prepare 10 g horseradish cream
- Get 200-300 g mayonnaise

Instructions to make Coleslaw:
- Finely shred the cabbage, grate the carrot and finely slice the onion
- Place the vegetables in a bowl and mix with the two grams of salt. Cover and leave for half an hour. (This will help draw the liquid out of the vegetables)
- Use a clean j cloth to squeeze the liquid from the vegetables, do this in small batches and then put the vegetables in a clean bowl.
- Add the horseradish and mayonnaise and mix well. Add the amount of mayonnaise to your preference, personally I prefer just enough to coat it as I use full fat mayo but you may prefer more. Season with salt and pepper. Keep for three days.
