- Take a pan heat 2 tbsp oil once oil is heated add cumin bay leaf whole red chilli and curry leaves after add asafoetida.
- After adding chopped onion sauté until golden brown add ginger garlic chilli paste sauté few minutes add chopped tomatoes sauté until tomatoes are tender.
- After adding all dry masala along with kitchen king masala sauté a few seconds and add cooked dal add some water and salt bring to boil.
- Take another pan heat 1 tbsp oil once the oil is heated add sliced onion and broccoli add salt and cook once your broccoli is cooked add over your prepared dal
