  1. Cuts carrot and capsicum in small pieces. Half Broccoli cuts into small pieces and other half just roughly cuts to boil it. Boiled half that broccoli after washing well with 2 cups of water for 3-4 mins. Don’t throw that boiling water use it as stock for later.   3. Then add broccoli paste with stock into it. Boiled it again for 3-4 mins. Add rest of ingredients in this point except coriander and cook another 5 mins. Atlast add coriander and switch off flame. Close the lid and keep for standing for 2 more minutes before standing. Served sausage..
  4. Note: Adjust seasoning, salt, pepper, sour agent. You can add fresh lime juice in serving bowl directly for more flavour.
