- sprinkle a little flour on counter to keep dough from sticking to it press dough on counter then pinch small pieces to make dumplings or u can roll the dough and cut into small squares if u want thin dumplings I did not roll them and I did not press dough thin just flat because I love fluffy dumplings
- when chicken is done take it off the bone return it back to the water breaking it into shreads or big chunks whatever u like I did small shreads
- next while water is still boiling throw the dough in the water few pieces at a time
- the dough will start getting bigger keep adding dough until you have as much juice left as u want
- u may want to add more salt and pepper
