  2. After grinding, add 1/2 cup fresh coriander, and mix it well.
  3. Oiled your hands and make small balls of mixture using your palm.
  4. Refrigerate the balls for 15 minutes.
  5. Take 1/4 cup of rice and soak them in water for 5 minutes
  6. Divide the rice into 2 plates and add 2 to 3 drops of red colour in 1 plate of rice.
  7. After refregirating for 15 minutes, covered the chicken balls with uncooked red and white rice
  8. Steam the balls for 15 to 20 minutes
