Steps to make Stuffed sweet dumplings:

  1. Beetroot halwa: Grate the beetroot. Chop the cashew nuts, almonds and raisins.
  2. Take a kadhai add 1 tablespoon of ghee. fry cashew nuts till they become golden colour then add almonds and raisins fry for half min take them out and keep it aside. Now add one tablespoon of ghee.fry grated beetroot for 10mins on medium flame till the raw smell is disappeared.now add milk, elachi powder and sugar to it.
  3. When oil oozes out. Add fried cashew nuts, almonds and raisins.switch off the flame.
  4. Khova : pour milk into Kadhai. let it boil. When the milk reduced to 1/4 add sugar to it. When it becomes thick switch off the flame.
  5. Dough : Mix maida, Sooji rava and pinch of salt in a plate.add some water to it.knead it by adding little water. The dough should be harder than chapati dough. Now add 1 teaspoon of oil knead the dough again.
  6. Take small balls of dough. prepare thin chapatis. Cut them into rectangular shapes.put some khova and beetroot halwa on it. apply one drop water for joining Sides. Wrap it and press the sides gently and Carefully.
  7. For sugar syrup take sugar, elachi powder and water in a bowl. Boil it till it becomes single string consistency. Switch off the flame.
  8. Take oil for deep fry in KadHai.put it on medium-high flame. Fry the dumplings till they become golden colour. Take it out and put them in sugar syrup for 3 mins by pressing gently. Take them in a plate. Serve hot, crispy and juicy stuffed sweet dumplings.
