- Get 1 lb Beef stew meat or similar
- Prepare 2 tbsp Salt

- Chop up onions, carrots, beets, and slightly fry on the pan. Add chopped up peeled tomato or tomato paste.
- Cut up potatoes
- Take the meat out and filter the broth through the colander (if the colander has big holes, put a piece of paper towel in it). Pour the broth back in the pot.
- Add potatoes to the broth and cook for 15 min on medium.
- Cut up about 4-5 cabbage leaves
- Add veggies and cabbage to the soup, cook on medium for about 10 min
- Sprinkle dill. The soup is ready serve!
