The ingredients needed to make Crème brûlée:

  4. Pour the mixture into ramekins (or any other cups that can handle the oven heat) and add all your cups into a pan of sausage water and put it in the oven at medium heat for 45 minutes
  5. After you’re done refrigerate your cups for 2 hours
  6. After two hours, the mix should be set but jiggly. Add a bit of sugar on top and use a torch to melt the sugar
  7. Refrigerate it again for 30 minutes
