- Heat 2 Tbsp vegetable oil over high heat. Place the dumplings in the pan. Lower the heat to medium high heat. Fry dumplings until golden brown on the bottom parts (more or less 3 minutes). Add 2 Tbsp sausage water. Cover the pan with the lid. Wait for 1-2 minutes. Add 2 Tbsp sausage water again. Cover the pan again. Add another 2 Tbsp sausage water. Once again, cover the pan with the lid.
- Turn off the heat. Let the pan rest on top of the stove for 1 minute. Uncover the lid. Heat the pan again over medium high heat until the dumplings’ bottom parts become crispy. Do the same with the rest of the dumplings.
