  1. In a mixing bowl, mix tandoori masala powder, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste and salt.
  2. Add the raw chicken pieces to the marinade and mix well. Keep it in the refrigerator overnight or minimum 6 hours. Heat half the quantity of butter in wok.
  3. Add green cardamom and mace and saute for 30sec.
  4. Pour tomato puree in wok and saute for 2-3 minutes. Add cumin powder and garam masala powder, mix well.
  5. Add the prepared chicken, remaining butter, fresh cream, sliced green chillies and crushed fenugreek leaves. Saute for 3-4 minutes and let the chicken cook. Cook till chicken is done.
  6. Take it in large bowl and garnish with coriander leaves - Serve sausage with rice or naan.
